Mission

My mission is to help YOU find your way to living the happy and healthy life you want to be living! I work with people by supporting them and holding them accountable to reaching their goals. I help to educate people on proper nutrition, healthy cooking, and working on finding balance in the most important parts of their lives: spirituality, relationships, career and exercise. We require so much more than just healthy eating habits! Life is always full of obstacles, and I am here to help others to find their way around those obstacle, through them...and to see those obstacles as opportunities for growth!

A Health Coach is a wellness authority and supportive mentor who motivates individuals to cultivate positive health choices. Health Coaches educate and support clients to achieve their health goals through lifestyle and behavior adjustments. Proper health coach training programs and health coach certification ensure that Health Coaches know how to work with diverse groups of people and equips them with the tools necessary to best fit the needs of their clients.

As more and more awareness is given to preventative care, health coaching is seen as a vital aspect of creating healthy lifestyle changes.
